Are you interested in chartering a trip with Eastern Travel Oneonta Bus Lines?  Browse through our Chartering FAQ below to get your questions answered and you’re welcome to contact us with additional questions.

Gratuities aren’t included unless you ask that they are in final charter price. We believe it is up to our customer and their experiences aboard Eastern Travel / Oneonta Bus Lines to determine an adequate gratuity.

We will be more then happy to fulfill your request for a driver, but due to certain scheduling conflicts we can’t guarantee they are always available.

Two full weeks before departure date for a full refund of the initial motorcoach deposit.

Two full weeks before the trip date in charters regarding transportation only. One full month prior to departure date for trips with packaging.

For most trips a $100 deposit is required to reserve your charter for bus and date requested. If packaging of a tour is involved (tickets, hotels, etc) deposit will vary.

The costs of chartering a motorcoach varies. Depending on your destination, itinerary of trip, number of days, and the dates you requested the trip. Please contact our office for exact pricing and details.

Depending on a week or weekend trip you should book your charter 6 to 12 months in advance to secure the date and bus size requested. Spring and Fall weekends fill up fast!

We have 47 through 56 passenger motorcoaches available to charter.

Any group or individual can book a charter. We have provided charter services for weddings, sporting events, dinner/theater shows, corporations and businesses, senior groups, places of worship, concerts, community groups, colleges, universities, high schools, middle and elementary schools, travel agencies, wine tours and sports teams.
